2021  Saignée Rosé

Tasting Notes
This wine offers an expressive fruity nose with aromas of strawberries, citrus, Herbal and floral notes with a beam of Tangerine. On the palate the wine shows a richness with a perfect balance of acid and freshness. Orange Zest, lemon peel and hints of ripe strawberry,  followed with a bright crisp mouth feel and a round silky finish.

Food Pairings
Light salads, light pasta and rice dishes. Especially raw and lightly cook fish dishes, grill fish and goat cheese.

2021  Lorraine Chardonnay

Tasting Notes
This wine has aromas of green apples, dried pineapples and white peach. It is a full bodied wine with a rich, layered palate and lots of dried fruit. This wine has vanilla, caramel and buttery notes with a long toasty oak on the finish.

Food Pairings
JSL Chardonnay works beautifully with seafood, including firm white fish, Salmon, lobster, mussels and shrimp. It also does well with chicken, pastas and food with creamy sauce. Avoid overly spicy sauces that overpower the fruit of the wine.  

2022 Être Vu by Stig Da Artist

Lush and persistent flavors of sweet raspberries. A light bubbly that finishes with a hint of sweetness. Serve chilled to enjoy its balanced, clean taste.

Premium sparkling wine. Like Stig's music, it's well-suited for flashing lights in the club or a relaxing candlelit evening at home. Être Vu Brut combines elegant notes of white peach, apricot, lemon and melon with clean bubbles.

Whole cluster pressed and cold fermented. This medium-bodied, lively wine is overflowing with floral Anjou pear aromas while delivering a tangy mouthfeel that's rich with notes of lemon curd and almond.
